One thing I hate more than anything in the world is being hung-up on. It's even worse when a telemarketer hangs-up on you simply because you express disinterest in their product (If I took the time to answer the fucking phone...the least they could do is be polite). Well, superpages.com made the mistake of doing this to me today. The bigger mistake, however, was calling me back 30 minutes later. Did I overreact? Maybe. Did I feel a lot better afterwards?
